| Abstract: | Building a resource saving society is one of the most important decisions made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council based on our country's situation and modern construction. Building a saving campus is an important part of it. Building a saving campus is not only urgent for the development of high education, but also an important carrier of training the col- lege students' good behavior. For the saving campus construction, we should take effective measures and get everyone motivated. |
