| 摘 要： | 从我国高等院校的人才培养实际出发,在比较了国内外高等院校人才培养目标、课程体系设置的基础上,分析了我国高等院校与国外著名大学的诸多差异,并在国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要的指导框架内,对国内高等院校的人才培养提出建议。
