| 摘 要： | 学术界对社会保障的研究,一直是从它的社会功能方面进行的,而忽视了它的伦理道德功能和意蕴。从伦理道德体系的角度考察社会保障,有助于人们提升对它的伦理意义的认识,并不断去挖掘心中的道德资源,真正做到以一种伦理道德的思想去关怀弱者,以社会公平与公正的原则去进行社会保障制度建设与改革。

| Abstract: | Academic study of social security has been carried out in its social functions,but at the expense of its ethical features and implication.The social security system was researched by the system of ethics,this will help us to raise awareness of the ethical significance of it,make people to think the moral resources of a truly ethic of the mind and to care about the weak by moral of thought,to carry out the reform of social security system by the principles of social equity and justice. |
