| 摘 要： | “开放教育试点”项目是一个全新的课题，在其发展过程中，必然会凸现出许许多多前所未有的问题。其中该试点项目之一——法学专业的实践性教学环节的设计和操作，就亟待解决。文章据此对该环节的设计和操作以及应遵循的原则等方面提出了一管之见。
