| 摘 要： | 本文重新释读并注解了斯坦因1913—1915年第三次中亚考古所获敦煌汉简《风雨诗》,在此基础上讨论了其形式、作者、题名、抄写者、创作年代、抄写时间以及风俗地理诸问题。认为《风雨诗》是八言八句的骚体诗,其中所缺"兮"字为抄者所省。作者应是汉陇西、天水或安定郡的郡守,按后来制题的惯例,诗当题作《陇西太守××歌》、《天水太守××歌》或者《安定太守××歌》,其抄写者为T.ⅩⅫ.d中的烽率。《风雨诗》应创作于东汉时期,抄写则当在汉光武帝建武廿三年至汉明帝永平十年这廿年的时间内。《风雨诗》写的是一场大风雨给陇西、天水、安定三郡地区人民带来的洪水灾难,考其风俗地理,更可了解当地自然状况和水患背景,而知此次水患人民受灾之深。
