摘    要:价值澄清理论不是直接把价值观"灌输"给受众,而是通过分析评价等方法,帮助受众形成适合的价值观体系,并把分析其过程,作为价值观评价认同的过程。主要意涵为:给与受众平等地位和人格尊严;根据"经验"调整认知,突出相对性价值观的重要性;重视价值形成过程的分析,培养个人深思熟虑能力等。高校青年教师思想政治教育的困惑为:多元化与核心价值观的困惑,现象与本质体认的困惑,存在与人的关系方面的困惑。价值澄清理论对高校青年教师思想政治教育具有积极意义:倡导核心价值观,实现多元价值观的整合;应用多种教育方法,贴近青年教师实际;尊重青年教师的平等地位,重视价值观形成的个体内部机制;发挥青年教师的主动性、积极性,构建思想政治教育整体体系。

Value Clarification Theory Revelation of Ideological and Political Education of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities

Abstract:The theory of values clarification is not directly about "indoctrination" values, but rather helps the audi- ence to form right value system for the value assessment of recognition process through the analysis of the process and, the methods of analysis and evaluation. The main meaning of it is: giving audience equal status and human dignity ; highlighting the importance of relative values though cognition "experience" ; attaching great importance to the value of the analysis of the forming process; cultivateing individual reflective ability. Confusion of ideological and political education about young teachers are as follows: diversification with the core values of confusion, and confusion of phenomenon and essence. The positive significance includes: advocateing core values; realizeing the integration of multiple values; closing to the young teachers practical; respecting the equal status of young teachers; construction of ideological and political education system as a whole through the initiative and enthusiasm of young teachers.
