| 摘 要： | 面对严峻的就业形势,从大学生就业竞争力的概念及内涵入手,对地方高校音乐类专业毕业生的就业现状、影响就业竞争力因素分析的基础上,从市场需求优化课程设置,艺术实践贯穿学习过程,校内外联合培养形式,就业指导和AQ教育,创业教育鼓励自主创业,等方面探讨地方高校音乐类专业学生就业竞争力培养路径。归。
