| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法及系统分析法,比较分析了国内外在体育师资再教育方面的特点及现状,分别就对体育教师再教育的重视程度、教师执教水平,以及在职体育教师的学历要求作了系统比较研究.旨在为我国的体育教师再教育问题提供一些依据.
