| 摘 要： | 伴随着和谐社会的发展和以人为本理念的传播,多元化、个性化人才培养的诉求越来越强烈,建立在单一分数模式下的统一高考受到社会的广泛关注,高考改革成为各界聚焦的热门话题。面对多元人才选拔与绝对社会公平的矛盾,应试教育与素质教育的激辩,过程评价需求与社会诚信基础的不匹配,政府监管权、高校自主权和受教育者选择权的失序,我们的高考改革探索必须以国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要为指导,正视高考改革的基础和人民群众不断深化的受教育需求,以一种全面、多元、综合、科学的评价模式,构建符合未来中国人才培养的人才选拔机制。
