杭州石荠苧和石荠苧光合特性对不同土壤水分的可塑性响应

摘    要:比较了杭州石荠苧(Mosla hangchouensis)和石荠苧(M.scabra)光合特性在不同土壤水分时的可塑性.结果表明杭州石荠苧和石荠苧分别在W60和W100时有最大光合速率PN和气孔传导力gs,两者的水分利用效率都是在W30时最大,W40时最小;复水实验发现杭州石荠苧和石荠苧的光合速率有超补偿现象,但后者的补偿效果明显不如前者;两物种的叶绿素含量在W20时最高,但此时叶绿素a、b比值最低.与石荠苧相比,杭州石荠苧具有较强的光合可塑性,对极端干旱的耐受能力较强,但对资源竞争能力差,这可能是其濒危原因之一.

Abstract:Photosynthetic Plasticity of M.hangchowensis and M.scabra was compared. Results showed M.hangchowensis and M.scabra had the largest photosynthetic rate (P_N) and stomatal conductance (g_s) at W_(60) and W_(100) respectively. Both two species had the largest water utilize efficiency (WUE) at W_(20) and the smallest WUE at W_(40). The rewater experiments showed the super-compensate phenomenons were occurred in M.hangchowensis and M.scabra at W_(20), but the latter's effects was less than the former. Chlorophyll contents were highest at W_(20) in both species, but the ratios of a:b were lowest. Compared with M.scabra, M.hangchowensis had the stronger photosynthetic plasticity and endurance to drought, but the ability of complete to resource. It maybe one of the reasons of endanger in M.hangchowensis.
