| 摘 要： | 探讨我国职业体育产业政府规制模式的构建问题,对转换体育行政部门职能,推动体育行政部门改革,促进职业体育产业的健康发展具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。结合我国职业体育产业的具体情况,在借鉴国外成功经验的基础上,从既符合演进趋势又兼顾体制传承和平稳过渡的角度考虑,规制机构改革的初始选择应是在政府相关主管部门下,设立或重组形成相对独立和集中的规制机构,并逐渐走向独立。
