| 摘 要： | 2008年教育部下发的<高等职业院校人才培养工作评估方案>,将是指导当前和全国新一轮高职院校评估的指导性文件,它给"‘双师型'教师"进行了新的界定,提出了新的要求.通过培训与考证、访问与交流、外部引进、社会聘用、下企业实践、产学研结合、技能竞赛和拜师学艺等途径,融"教、学、做"为一体,可以有效地加速高职院校师资队伍的"双师"化素质进程,促进学校可持续地发展.
