| 摘 要： | 通过对文献资料的收集与分析、归纳与整理,旨在探析德国大众体育发展如火如荼现状的原因,充分认识德国大众体育发展背后来自体育体制、生产力发展、自然环境以及文化需求的各方面支撑;同时,借鉴德国大众体育参与形式、实施措施、活动开展的行之有效的经验,探讨其对于我国在全民健身事业的发展道路上,关于大众体育政策的制定、公共服务体系的完善和文化传播网络系统建立的启示性作用,从而推动我国全民健身事业积极有效地发展。

| Abstract: | Aims to explore the German mass sports development like a raging fire for the current situation, and fully understand German mass sports development from the sports system, and the development of productive forces, natural environment and cultural needs of the various aspects support. It is worked out by the means of the literature data collection and analysis, induction and finishing, At the same time, exploring the way that references to the German public sports participation form, implementing measures and the activities of the effective experience, discusses the for our country in the development of the cause of the national fitness on the road, which is about public sports policy formulation and public service system perfect and culture communication network system of enlightening role, so as to promote our country national fitness cause positive and effective development. |
