| 摘 要： | ＂城中村＂社区具有从农村社区向城市社区过渡性的显著特点。在这里不仅存在城乡二元结构的遗留,而且存在居民素质较低、社区和企业管理人员素质不适应新制度的管理与运作方式等等问题。要解决这些问题,促进＂城中村＂社区向真正城市社区的全面转型,必须加强政府的支持力度,正确处理＂村改居＂社区居委会向真正城市社区的过渡与衔接关系,健全相关法律法规,居民和居委会及企业管理人员也要尽快实现角色转换。
