| Abstract: | To promote man's comprehensive development at the present stage, great efforts will be made to reform economic system, and political structures will be reformed as well. Scientific development's concept of human essence will be adhered to, in order to set up a society of socialist material progress, political civilization, spiritual civilization and ecologinal civilization. The man's freedom and comprehensive development will be guaranteed in the system. |
