图书馆读者满意度的拟熵权模糊综合评判

摘    要:针对读者满意度的熵权模糊综合评判中求熵权时计算量较大的缺陷,通过引入一个新函数给出拟熵权概念,进而提出拟熵权模糊综合评判法,并给出相应的计算步骤,从而极大地减少现有熵值法求权重的计算量。最后,利用MATLAB编程实现计算机求解,通过实例进一步验证该方法简便、实用,评判结果更准确。

Abstract:By introducing a new function,the concept of quasi-entropy weight is given,the method of quasi-entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed to overcome the shortcoming of large computation load on entropy weight of the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of readers' satisfaction degree.Calculation steps are given,with which the calculation quantity of getting the ratio in the entropy weight method is remarkably reduced.Finally,the computer-aided solution is realized by using MATLAB programming.An example demonstrates that the method is simple and applicable,and the evaluation results are more precise by using the method.
