| 摘 要： | 目前有关工程造价方面的纠纷很多 ,司法机关往往需要委托工程造价专业机构进行专业鉴定。其实在工程鉴定过程中 ,相当一部分工程造价纠纷事先可以避免 ,或通过细化合同条款减少纠纷的产生。
