| Abstract: | In order to clearly understand the concept and importance of physical activity,this paper deeply studied the definition of physical activity,and discussed the role in exercise and sport science, how important it is in school physical education,and the significance of applying the basic knowledge and skills of physical activity in students' future jobs. |
