| 摘 要： | 高校落实科学发展观的根本要求就是内涵发展。认识科学发展观对高校内涵发展的指导意义,探析科学发展观意蕴下高校内涵发展的属性特征,更新思路,转换观念,将人以及高校自身的可持续发展作为高校内涵发展的价值追求,突出高校的＂社会贡献率＂对高校内涵发展效能的目标指引与评估意义,这对于办好人民满意的大学不仅具有十分重要的现实意义,同时也具有十分重要的理论意义。
