| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法，对艺术类院校学生体育锻炼意识特征进行调查与分析。结果显示：学生对体育的认识水平和体育行为水平均处于较低状态，体育意识尚待加强，针对艺术类学生特点，提出培养其体育意识的对策。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper makes investigation on sports awareness of students in art colleges. The result shows that the level of sports awareness and behavior of students is relatively low and still need to strengthen. Based on the character of art students, the countermeasures on sports awareness cultivation are put forward. |
