| 摘 要： | 通过面访和问卷调查，就当前体育部门国有资产流失途径、造成流失的影响因素以及防止流失的对策三个方面进行了实证研究，初步结论是：当前体育部门存在国有资产流失现象，造成体育部门国有资产流失的因素是多方面的，几乎涉及国有资产管理的方方面面。

| Abstract: | The present ways of drain from the state-owned properties in sports departments, the factors ofcausing the drain and the countermeasures of preventing it were researched demonstratively by visiting andquestionnaires. The preliminary results were that at present there exist phenomena of drain from state-owedproperties in sports departments and the factors of causing the drain are various, which almost relate to allsides of the management of the state-owned properties. |
