| 摘 要： | 任职教育培训类型与层次多，学员学习需求各异的特点，客观要求任职教育应分类分层实施教学，为此，教材建设必须突出层次性、先进性、针对性、综合性、实践性。建议分别编写知识型、应用型、研究型和复合型教材，同时加强立体化教材建设，以满足任职教育教学实际需要和各类学员的不同学习需求。
