| 摘 要： | 企业核心能力是由核心技术、组织管理知识和市场知识等构成的知识体系。企业核心能力的形成即是知识的转化过程，转化的每一环节又创新和积累了知识，进而形成了富有特色的企业核心能力，因此，要培育和发展企业的核心能力，必须不断地进行知识交流，积累、应用和创新，以知识流为导向来构建企业组织结构。

| Abstract: | Enterprises' core competence is a knowledge system consisting of core technology, organizational management knowledge and market knowledge. Its formation is a process of knowledge transformation, and each link in the transformation will innovate and accumulate knowledge, then, form unique enterprises' core competence. Therefore, in order to foster and develop enterprises' core competence, it is necessary for an organization to exchange, accumulate, apply and innovate knowledge continually, and construct organizational structure oriented knowledge flow. |
