基于MSP430的恒温水浴锅模糊控制系统

摘    要:针对恒温水浴锅中温度控制模型及参数变化的不确定性,提出了采用MSP430单片机作为核心进行数据处理,围绕模糊控制规则,以模糊推理算法作为控制系统核心,实现了恒温水浴锅的温度模糊控制.试验结果证明该模糊控制系统,动态响应好、控制精度高,满足实际的恒温水浴锅温度控制要求。可达到温度分辨率小于0.1℃、恒温波动度差在±0.5℃之间.

Abstract:According to the incertitude of temperature mode and the variation parameter in the thermostat water bath cauldron, this paper realizes the temperature fuzzy control by adopting MSP430 as its core, using the fuzzy control regulation as its control system core .The testing result proves that this system has a good dynamic response and high precision, ,meanwhile, it meets the temperature control demand in real thermostat water bath cauldron with its temperature resolving power less than 0.1℃, and the constant temperature fluctuate errand is between ±0.5℃.
