| 摘 要： | 体育产业的发展是建设体育强国的重要标志和内容之一,基于对国务院办公厅发布的<关于加快发展体育产业的指导意见>的深入解读,一方面,分析了该政策在破除体制障碍、破除赛事资源垄断、破除行业非标准化、破除融资瓶颈和培育体育骨干企业等方面富有改革创新的突破点;另一方面,结合旅游产业、文化产业的最新国家层面的产业发展政策的比较,分析该政策在产业定位、产业目标、产业融合、产业人才、产业基地和政策落实等6方面的不足之处,并就每个不足提出相应建议.
