| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法与期刊编辑实践活动相结合的科研方法，认为科技期刊主编及编辑在具体的期刊管理工作中，应重视选题与组稿两大环节。选题要围绕办刊宗旨，反映期刊鲜明的特色，是编辑出版工作的龙头；组稿是选题的具体实施环节，对保证稿源质量起决定性作用。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature combined with the editing practice of science periodicals,the authors have considered that the chief editors and the editors should emphasize the two taches--selection of subject and organization of articles in the management of periodicals. The selection,as the leading tach of the editing and publication,must center around the principles of the periodicals and show the features of them. The organization,as the supplementing tach of the selection,has a decisive function of ensuring the quality of the articles. |
