| 摘 要： | 中国学校课余训练正在不断发展,但是,参加课余训练的人数与先进国家相比差距较大,项目布局与衔接不够理想,师资状况、经费的投入、场地设施等条件以及奖励和竞赛制度的不完善等均是影响我国课余训练质量进一步提高的因素。为了提高质量,要做到:①开拓视野、更新观念。②改变体委系统单一渠道培养人才的做法,体委系统与教委系统发挥优势互补、共同培养体育人材。③多种模式并举,以高水平试点学校为龙头、以传统项目学校为核心,联合社会力量促进带动广大普通学校参加课余训练的积极性。④改革现行奖励、竞赛制度。⑤尽快建立课余训练教练员培训、进修制度。⑥开展课余训练的科学研究。

| Abstract: | After-class sports training among China' s middle school students is making steady progress nowadays. But the number of students involved is far smaller than those in countries where sports are better developed. The distribution of sports events among various schools and the network of training leave mach to be desired. Problems in the supply of teachers, in vestment of funds, and provision of training facilities lie in the way of raising the quality of after-class training. To improve the situation, the authors made the following suggestions; (l)Widen our field of vision and renew our concepts; (2)Instead of going it alone, the governmental sports commissions should work together with the educational authorities in bringing up sports talents; (3)Different models for development should be allowed to exist side by side. Key schools with high sporting standards or traditionally strong in certain sports should play a leading part in advancing after-class training, while the initiative of the vast number of ordinary schools and the public at large should be encouraged; (4)The existing competition and award systems should be reformed; (5)A system for training coaches for after-class sports development should be established as soon as possible;and (6)Scientific researches in after-class training should be carried out. |
