| 摘 要： | 以我国中小板上市公司为样本,研究政府研发资助能否刺激中小企业提高研发支出以及对绩效的影响。研究发现:政府研发资助对中小企业当年以及滞后一年的研发支出均具有促进作用,且对滞后一期的作用更显著;中小企业研发支出与绩效之间存在倒"U"关系,尽管政府研发资助没有直接影响中小企业绩效,但通过刺激研发支出间接促进了中小企业成长。

| Abstract: | This paper examines the effect of government R&D subsidies on enterprise R&D expenditure,and analyzes the effects on the SME performance by using the data listed companies in China's SME board. The empirical discoveries show that there is a positive effect of government R&D subsidies on private R&D expenditure of one-year lag as well as the year,and the effect is more significant on the one-year lag. In addition,there is an inverse U-type curve between R&D expenditure and performance of SME. Although there is not a direct impact of government R&D subsidies on the SME performance,government R&D subsidies indirectly promote the SME development by stimulating the R&D expenditure. |
