| 摘 要： | 公安情报系统是以人的智能为主导、以公安信息化为支撑、以信息处理为主要内容、以服务于公安决策为目标的综合性系统，其总体框架由三部分构成:公安信息综合平台，包括通信网络基础设施、信息应用系统、运行保障系统;公安情报业务流程系统，包括公安情报收集系统、公安情报分析系统和公安情报服务系统;公安情报组织管理系统，包括人才保障系统、组织保障系统、制度保障系统。

| Abstract: | The police intelligence system is a comprehensive system leading with mentality, supported with police informationization, taking information process as main content, with the objective of assisting policing decision. The system framework consists of police information working facilities(includes communication network fundamental facilities, information application system and running security system), system of working procedure of police intelligence(includes police information collect system, analyzing system and service system), management system of police intelligence(includes personnel security system, organization security system and regulations security system). |
