从大课程观审视体育教师职能的转变

摘    要:运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,通过对课程与教学关系发展与演变的脉络所进行的梳理发现,目前课程与教学的关系是课程包含教学的大课程观。大课程观认为传统的课程观念逐步从轨道转化为在轨道上运作、教学是课程实施的重要途径、教师是课程的研制者和开发者。这一观点对体育教师职能提出了新的要求,为此,认为在大课程观理念指导下,体育教师应成为体育课程的研制者、体育课程内容资源的开发者、学生体育学习的促进者、现代体育教育的开拓者和研究者。
