| 摘 要： | 大学生读者与高校图书馆之间的图书借阅关系是一种教育民事关系,它受《合同法》调整。读者须知、图书借阅规则等属于一种格式条款,其内容往往缺乏公平合理性,需要加强规制,从而切实维护高校图书馆和大学生读者双方的合法权益。

| Abstract: | College students borrowing books from the library is a civil legal relationship, which should be subject to the Contract Law. Library policies such as the Notice to Readers and the Library Loan Rules are unilateral provisions that are often partial and short of justness. It is indispensable to standardize these regulations so that the lawful rights and interests of both the college and the readers are conscientiously safeguarded. |
