| 摘 要： | 文章针对现代短跑技术和理论的新发展,提出高等体育院系100m技术的教学应以完整技术为主,要建立现代先进技术的动力定型。对100m技术教学中的摆动、送髋、放松、节奏及专门练习提出了新的认识。
