整合性神经肌肉训练对儿童青少年运动能力及损伤预防干预效果综述

摘    要:目的分析整合性神经肌肉训练对儿童青少年运动能力及损伤预防的干预有效性,探讨整合性神经肌肉训练中不同部分、训练量、训练强度对干预结果的影响。方法运用布尔逻辑运算组合方法检索web of science(WOS)、PubMed、MEDLINE、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库和维普网等数据库自建立到2020-05-01期间收录的文献,经过筛选,最终录入13篇文献。结果70%的研究表明对儿童青少年的运动能力干预有效,66.7%的研究表明对儿童青少年的损伤预防有效。结论整合性神经肌肉训练有效地增强儿童青少年的运动能力、减少运动损伤,但是仍有少量研究的干预效果呈现不一致现象。原因可能为训练量及强度较低、训练的依从性和出勤率较低造成的。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the intervention effectiveness of integrated neuromuscular training on athletic ability and injury prevention of children and adolescents,and to explore the effects of different parts,training amount and training intensity on the intervention results.Methods Boolean logic operation combination method was used to search the literatures included in web of Science(WOS),PubMed,MEDLINE,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP from the establishment to May 1st,2020.After screening,13 literatures were finally entered.Results 70%of the studies showed that the intervention on the exercise ability of children and adolescents was effective,and 66.7%of the studies showed that the injury prevention of children and adolescents was effective.Conclusion Integrated neuromuscular training can effectively improve the motor ability of children and adolescents and reduce sports injury,but there are still a few studies on the intervention effect of inconsistent phenomenon.The reason may be that the training quantity and intensity are low,the training compliance and attendance rate are low.
