摘    要:本文主要研究中超联赛俱乐部的球迷CSR感知与行为忠诚的影响关系。结论:球迷CSR感知对行为忠诚呈现直接而显著的影响;不同人口统计学特征对球迷行为忠诚存在差异;球迷CSR感知各个维度对行为忠诚存在直接而显著的正向影响;交易型心理契约负向调节了球迷CSR感知与行为忠诚之间的关系;关系型心理契约无法显著调节球迷CSR感知与行为忠诚之间的关系。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the relationship between CSR perception and behavior loyalty of Chinese Super League club fans.The results show that fans'CSR perception has a direct and significant impact on behavior loyalty.Different demographic characteristics have different loyalty to fans'behavior.Each dimension of fans'CSR perception has a direct and significant positive impact on behavior loyalty.Transactional psychological contract negatively moderates the relationship between fans'CSR perception and behavior loyalty.Relational psychological contract can not significantly regulate the relationship between fans'CSR perception and behavior loyalty.
