摘    要:新一代信息技术的迅猛发展推动泛在化学习逐步融入企业兼职教师职业培训领域并产生深刻变革,基于新的时代内涵和要求给予了培训方法论指导,助推了面向企业兼职教师的职业培训的品质化发展。文章首先通过分析泛在化职业培训优势及价值体现,为企业兼职教师职业培训向品质化发展提供可行性和必要性支撑;其次深度剖析企业兼职教师泛在化职业培训多维需求为培训品质化发展提供方向引领、外部驱动和关键支撑;最后借助泛在支持体系从需求调研、培训方式、培训过程、培训评价四方面进行了高职院校企业兼职教师职业培训品质化建设的路径探索。

Abstract:The rapid development of the new generation of information technology has promoted ubiquitous learning to gradually integrate into the field of vocational training for part-time teachers in enterprises.Ubiquitous learning brings profound changes in the vocational training of enterprise part-time teachers either on the guidance to the training methodology based on the connotation and requirements of the new era or the quality development.Firstly,by analyzing the advantages and value of ubiquitous vocational training,this study provides a feasible and necessary support for the quality development of vocational training of enterprises part-time teachers;Secondly,it deeply analyzes the multidimensional needs of ubiquitous vocational training of enterprise part-time teachers,which provides direction guidance,external drive and key support for their quality development;Finally,with the help of ubiquitous support system,this paper explores the quality construction path of vocational training of enterprise parttime teachers in Higher Vocational institutes from four aspects:demand research,training methods,training process and training evaluation.
