| 摘 要： | 目的观察国产托拉塞米片治疗原发性高血压的疗效和安全性.方法采用双盲、随机平行对照,以托拉塞米片为验证组,吲哚帕胺片为对照,观察44例原发性高血压患者2周到8周的降压疗效及安全性.结果 4周降压总有效率验证组为83.33%,对照组72.58%;显效率验证组为22.22%,对照组为29.03%,验证组和对照组降压疗效比较无统计学差异(P>0.05).服用后8周实验药对肝肾功能、血尿常规及心电图均无明显影响.结论托拉塞米是一种安全有效的原发性高血压治疗药物.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveIn order to inverstigate the curative effect of domestic torasemide tablet in the treatment of primary hypertension. MethodTaking indopaine as control group,double-blind random parallel check study was used to observ the effect and safety of torasemide tablet in the treatment of primary hypertension patients within 2 to 8 weeks.ResultsIn torasemide and indopaine group, the 4 weeks,total effective rate was 83.33% and 72.58%, and the remarkable effective rate was 22.22% and 29.03. There was no significancent difference between two groups(P>0.05). There were no remarkable effects in liver function, kidney function, blood and urine routine analysis, electrocardiography after taken torasemide for 8 weeks. ConclusionTorasemide is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of primary hypertension. |
