| 摘 要： | 本文通过对知识资源及其特点、知识资源共享及其本质、知识资源共享的障碍、知识资源共享的基础的分析,找出了知识资源共享的社会动力,认为知识差和知识势差是知识资源共享的源动力,根据不同类型知识资源的特点构建知识资源共享的动力机制是知识共享的关键.
