| 摘 要： | 在界定知识工作为非程序性、非规范性的基础上,对知识工作的层次性结构进行描述和分析,建立了知识工作的树型结构模型,同时引入结构熵的概念,用以定量表述知识工作结构的非程序性和非规范性程度,以及知识员工对工作任务认识的不确定性程度.最后,通过实证研究指出,掌握知识工作的结构性特征规律,努力实现知识工作的程序化和规范化管理,同时挖掘知识工作中的创新行为,促进知识工作的共享,将是知识工作生产率提高的重要途径.
