| 摘 要： | 中国传统的“华夷之辨”观是贵中华、贱夷狄的民族观、国家观,往往会给进入中原的少数民族政权带来沉重的思想压力。在封建社会的早期,少数民族统治者会千方百计地对这一观念加以淡化,起初最通常的办法是强调本民族与汉族同源,这也促使少数民族统治者推行汉化政策。后抓住华夷区分的标准重文化轻血缘的特点,以自己文化上的进步来争取“华”的位置,将“夷狄”的帽子扣在其它政权的头上。到封建社会的中后期,少数民族统治者的华夷观发生变化。元朝在修辽、宋、金三史时,对三朝平等看待,各与正统,显示了元在大一统的情况下,已不看重华夷之辨。清王朝在完成中国的统一后,竟将夷狄的称呼加到西方国家身上,以至于与西方国家难以确立近代平等的中外关系,严重地阻碍了中国近代化的进程。

| Abstract: | The traditional Chinese "Hua Yi Zhi Bian"(Chinesebarbarian-discrimination) is view of nation and state which valued Hua and despised Yi,often can give the national minority political powers who entered the central plains to bring the serious thought pressure.In feudal society's early time,the national minority political powers can desalinate by any means possible to this idea,at first the most usual means were emphasize this nationality and the Han Nationality homology.This also urged the national minority political power carrying out sinicizing policy.Latter holding the standard of discrimination between Hua and Yi heaving culture and lighting blood relationship characteristic,strived for "China" position by oneself culture in progress,the hat of "Yidi" buckled in on other political power heads.To feudal society's mid and late part,the national minority ruler's view of Hua and Yi changes.To feudal society's mid and late part,the national minority rulers' view of Hua and Yi changed. When Yuan Dynasty wrote three Dynasties histories of Liao,Song,and Jin Dynasties,regarded them equality and legitimated respectively.This had demonstrated Yuan Dynasty was in the universal situations,it had not regarded Hua Yi Zhi Bian as an important thing.After Qing Dynasty completed China universally,added unexpectedly Yidi's name on the Western country bodies,established the modern equality foreign relations between the Western countries the Chinese with difficulties,which had hindered the Chinese modernizing advancement seriously. |
