| 摘 要： | 研究英国伦敦保险人协会制定的《协会船舶定期保险条款(1995)》(ITC 95)中的船舶碰撞责任保险条款的碰撞责任,包括英国判例法所确立的有关赔偿范围、法律费用和交叉责任等方面的主要原则;分析中国人保的《船舶保险条款(1986)》(PICC 86)与ITC 95的不同规定以及姐妹船条款、免赔额条款在船舶碰撞中的应用.

| Abstract: | The running down clause(RDC) constituted by the institute time clauses(ITC 95),including the legal decision and principle about the risks covered,the legal costs and cross liability established by the leading cases in England,is studied.The difference between RDC in ITC 95 and the vessel collision liability in the policy of the People's Insurance Company of China set down in 1986(PICC 86),and the application of the sister ship clause and the deductible in RDC are analyzed. |
