| 摘 要： | 以学生为本，紧紧围绕和把握大学生的认知特点和身心发展规律，有的放矢地对其进行思想政治教育，工作才具有针对性和实效性。在调查分析和问题归因后，提出了增强大学生思想政治教育工作实效性的五条建议。

| Abstract: | The aim of the political and ideological education at university is to help the college students to become more mature and more talented. Therefore, the political and ideological education at university should focus on and give priority to the students, improve the educational content and method in an effective way, build a sound network for the political and ideological education of college students and establish long-term operational mechanisms. Moreover, modem technical means and psychological testing methods should be combined and exploited so as to make the psychological consulting and service systems play their best role in the political and ideological education. Attention should also be paid to exchanges of views and feelings between teachers and students, and in this way joined forces can be formed and a better environment for effective political and ideological education of the college students can also be strengthened. |
