| 摘 要： | 简要分析了国内外政府信息公开的发展状况及其对图书馆产生的影响，探讨了政府信息资源基本概念与国内外图书馆利用政府信息资源现状，提出了图书馆须加强采集、整合、开发、挖掘政府信息资源，以适应政府和用户的需求。

| Abstract: | The paper briefly analyzes the development situation of government information openness at home and abroad and it's influence on library,and discusses the basic concept of government information resources and the current situation of library making use of government information resources.Finally,it puts forward that library must reinforce to collect,integrate,develop and excavate government information resources in order to adapt to the government and the users'needs. |
