| 摘 要： | 中国农民工长期工作在城市,从事各种职业,技术水平也高低不同。但是,他们的居住条件却惊人类似,人均居住面积不足4平方米,住房设施简陋、环境差,同质性强,居住模式以集体居住为主,居住伙伴多为同伴民工,家庭形式居住的农民工只占23.3%。尽管居住方面处于绝对剥夺状态,农民工对自己的居住条件仍然表现出中度的满意水平。其中的原因主要是他们选择的参照群体为同类民工,而且认同当前的市场分配逻辑。但是当结果公平分配原则被他们更多认知的时候,他们的相对剥夺感会极大提升,由此产生的后果会对和谐社会的构建产生巨大挑战。

| Abstract: | The crux of building a harmonious society is the harmonizing relationship between different groups which bases on the social justice,and the key point is dealing with interests distributed among groups.The farmer workers in China's cities are engaged in many kinds of jobs with different technical levels,but they are housed similarly.With per capita housing space of less than 4 square meters,their housing conditions are simple and crude.Their housing mode is mostly collective,and their housing partners are other farmer workers.Only 23.3% of them live with their family members.Although in such a poor housing state,they are mediumly satified since they select their partners as reference groups,and furthermore they identify with the logic of marketing distributing system.But,when the result justice distributing principles are more cognized by farmer workers,their deprivation sense will be greatly increasing,and the outcome of this psychological change will produce a big challenge to the construction of harmonious society. |
