| Abstract: | This article states that the rational tendency of Mu Dan's poetry owes much to his personal experience and philosophical thinking about Chinese society at that time, especially about the anti-Japanese War . His poetry reflects a sort of self-exploration, his viewpoint of life and death , and selection and responsibility. It not only connects with modernism of the west , but link closely with the Chinese modern society . |
