| 摘 要： | 对我院三年来的科研成果登记情况进行分析。研究结果表明，我院科研工作有很大提高，参与科研工作的教师人数越来越多，科研绩点的增长速度也很快，但同时也发现部分教师始终没有参与科研工作。此外，初步探索我院教师从事科研工作的规律，同时找出科研管理制度的不足之处，希望能为学院的决策和政策的修改提供更准确及时的参考数据。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the record of teachers' research production registered in the last three years, and it shows that the task of scientific research in our college has developed heavily, more teachers have joined the research task, and the points of the scientific research increases quickly. Meanwhile, it is found that small part of the teachers has never contributed themselves to researching. In addition, this paper manages to explore the rule of scientific research done by the teachers in our college, as well as to find out the shortcomings of the way of administration. It also gives some advice for improving this administration way, in order to provide precise reference for our college's policy and decision. |
