| 摘 要： | 高校公共体育体系建立“三标一体”管理模式是提高其教学质量的重要手段,也是质量管理发展的一种趋势。对“三标一体”教育质量模型下的高校公共体育体系的构建进行研究,探索出适合公共体育体系的管理模式和改革措施。
