| 摘 要： | 中国古代娱乐体育萌芽于原始氏族社会，成形于奴隶社会，发展于封建社会，经历了汉代、唐代发展盛世后，到宋代达到了高峰，并以宋为转折点至明清走向了衰微甚至消亡。其衰亡因素既有文化根源等内部因素的影响，又有朝代更迭、项目本身特点等方面的外部因素的影响。对内外影响因素的分析，对于现代中国传统娱乐项目的保护和发扬，对已逝的古代娱乐项目的恢复和发觉，对中国传统文化的弘扬与发展都有非常重要的意义。
