| 摘 要： | 科学利益说堪称真理,因为它发现:权利是一种具有重大的社会效用的必须且应该得到的利益,因而也就是应该受到权力或法律保障的利益;义务是具有重大或基本社会效用的必须且应该的利益之付出,因而也就是应该受到权力或法律保障的利益之付出。

| Abstract: | The theory of scientific interests may be rated as truth, because it finds that rights are interests that have significant social effectiveness and that must and should be available to everyone, and therefore, rights are interests that should be ensured by power or the law; because it also finds that obligations refer to the payments of interests which have great or basic social utility and which everyone must and should make, and therefore, obligations are the payments of interests that ought to be ensured by power or the law. |
