| 摘 要： | “九五”以来,由于适龄儿童人数的减少、中小学布局结构的调整,尤其是幼儿园办园与管理体制的重大变革,江苏幼儿教育事业出现了许多新情况、新矛盾与新问题。必须进一步理顺幼儿园的办园与管理体制,确保幼儿教育事业的健康、持续、快速发展。

| Abstract: | Since1995, due to the decline in the number of children of the right age, the restructure of primary and middle school distribution, and especially the key reform in operation and management of kindergarten in Jiangsu province, there arise many new problems and conflicts in preschool education. Therefore, further attention must be paid to the operation and management system in kindergartens to ensure healthy, sustainable and rapid development of preschool education. |
