| 摘 要： | 本文以理工类大学为研究背景,联合一线辅导员深入调研G大学Q学院研究生党建工作,串联"党、团、班、组"四类组织,综合考量各类研究专业特点,细化党建工作,突破原有专业、班级的教育瓶颈,实现对研究生党员的日常化教育和个性化培养。

| Abstract: | Taking colleges and universities of science and engineering as the research background,this paper cooperates with front-line counselors to conduct in-depth investigations of Party building work for postgraduate students of Q College of G University.The four types of organization,"Party,League,class,and group"are connected in series,comprehensively examining the characteristics of various majors,refining Party building,breaking through the bottleneck of education in the original majors and classes,and realizing the daily education and personalized training of postgraduate Party members. |
